Ensuring that the products you intend to return meet the following conditions will expedite the process:
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without labels, barcodes, and invoices.
There are no returns or exchanges for discounted items.
Returns must be made within (14) days without removing the label and barcode of the purchased product, without damage, alteration, or use.
No exchanges or returns are accepted for used products.
According to Article 4 of the Law on Protection of Consumers, goods containing material, legal, or economic deficiencies that are contrary to the qualities stated in the promotional materials or advertisements or that reduce the benefits expected by the consumer in terms of usage purposes are considered defective products. The customer has the right to return the product, obtain a price reduction, exchange it for free, or have it repaired for free if they notify the defect within 30 days of delivery.
To benefit from the rights mentioned above by reporting a defective product:
If the characteristics of the product differ from those stated in the promotion or if there are deficiencies that reduce the benefits expected by the customer, the product is considered defective.
The customer must report the defective product within 30 days.
In case of a defective product report, it is determined by a report from the importer whether there is a usage error. If a usage error is detected, the customer cannot benefit from their rights.
Note: In return processes, if the return is made under the Free Shipping campaign, the shipping fee not covered by this campaign will also be deducted accordingly in the form of a round-trip deduction.
