Membership - Usage Terms and Condutions Agreement
Prior to benefiting from the products and services offered through the toremember.com.tr website ("Website"), Member Users must accept this Membership and Usage Terms and Conditions Agreement. The Usage Terms contained within this agreement are also applicable to other Users and Visitors who do not have Member status. As long as you visit, use, and benefit from the Website, the provisions of this Agreement will apply to the extent relevant to your status.
1.Usage and Security Rules
1.1 Creating a member account is free of charge. Members are periodically provided with advantageous benefits from the products and services offered on the Website, unlike non-member Users.
1.2 Members, as well as other Users and Visitors, are obliged to adhere to the following rules during their time on the Website; otherwise, the Website management may prevent these individuals from using the address and initiate legal proceedings against them.
1.2.a Sharing comments (content) on the Website containing incorrect, irregular, incomplete, misleading information, expressions that do not comply with general moral rules, and information conflicting with the laws of the Republic of Turkey is prohibited.
1.2.b All rights regarding the design, functions, operation principle, visual and written content of the Site belong to ZBZ DESIGN TEXTILE LIMITED COMPANY and may not be partially or wholly copied or used without permission from these individuals.
1.2.c Member Users are responsible for the security of the username and password information they set when creating a member account. Member Users are directly responsible for any damages resulting from sharing this information with third parties.
1.2.d Member Users and other Users should not use others' IP addresses, email addresses, usernames, and similar personal data during the product purchase process. Otherwise, it may constitute "identity theft," necessitating legal action against you. Individuals acting contrary to this provision are deemed to accept all legal and criminal liabilities.
1.2.e Engaging in actions that threaten the security of the Site, hinder the functioning of functions on the Site, use software to obtain information from the Site and interface beyond the control of the Site management is prohibited. 2. Responsibilities
2.1 Visitor information (visit duration, time, viewed pages) is monitored to optimize Site operation and improve product/service quality in compliance with data protection legislation. This information is shared with companies we collaborate with on digital advertising and marketing to enhance Visitor and User experiences while adhering to the content of data protection legislation.
2.2 A Member User who creates a member registration can start using the Site by entering their email address and password in accordance with this Agreement after filling out the necessary sections and confirming their email address.
2.3 Users agree to comply with the Turkish Penal Code, Turkish Commercial Code, Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, Decrees on the Protection of Trademark and Patent Rights, and other relevant legislation, regulations, and any notices published through toremember.com.tr. Users are solely responsible for any legal, criminal, and financial liabilities arising from non-compliance with these notifications and regulations.
2.4 If it is determined that the User does not comply with the obligations stipulated in this Agreement and the published Notices on the Site, the User's access to the Site may be temporarily or permanently blocked, and/or the Member User registration may be terminated.
2.5 Member Users, other Users, and Visitors' personal data is processed in compliance with data protection legislation. In this context, these individuals are required to read the "Information Notification" on the website.
2.6 Users cannot delete or remove explanations related to copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights from digital and printed materials obtained through the Site.
2.7 Membership cancellation and account deletion can be performed by the Member User through the Site. The Membership Registration of the User terminating their membership will be terminated.
2.8 Specific rules and obligations may be notified in specific areas of the Site. Individuals benefiting from these areas must comply with the relevant Notices as stipulated in Article 2.3 of this Agreement.
2.9 Member Users and other Users acknowledge that the payment information (credit card, GSM number details, etc.) used for transactions on the Site is correct and accept that any legal and criminal liabilities arising from these are their responsibility. Member Users consent to the use of their registered payment information for subsequent transactions.
3. Notification Addresses
3.1 Site Member Users and other Users acknowledge that the email address they provide is their official correspondence and notification address, and that the written address required for subsequent correspondence can be requested and notified through this channel. Any changes to the email address must be reported to the Site management.
3.2 Any notification sent to the registered email address of the Member User and other User will be deemed to have reached the relevant User one (1) day after the electronic mail is sent by ZBZ DESIGN TEKSTİL LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.
